at salia jac we will gladly accept a return or offer a credit voucher for any reason, our priority is knowing you're happy.

returns will be accepted within 10 business days from date of delivery on australian and international orders.

 all returned items must not have been worn, damaged, altered or washed & with their original tags still attached.

when returning sale items unless faulty we do not offer refunds, however you are welcome to return sale items for a credit voucher.

credit vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. 

how to return

step 1- we need to supply you with a return authorisation (RA) number, please fill out our Return's Form

step 2- make sure the item/s you return are in their original condition & tags included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.

 step 3- our returns team will be in touch via email with your returns authorisation (RA) number and return address. return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, we recommend sending your returns via a trackable method as salia jac takes no responsibility for lost or missing packages.

please note: allow 1-2 days to receive your RA number

step 4- once you have received your returns authorisation (RA) number please ensure your package is back to us within 10 days and international customers within 15 days. Please make sure your RA number is clearly marked on the front of your returns package, any returns that do not have a RA number or the number is not clearly marked will be returned to sender.

step 5- a member of our customer care team will be in contact with you via email once we have received your return, Please allow up to 5 days for your return to be processed.

how will I be refunded?

once your return has been processed you will be credited to the original method of payment minus the original shipping cost. Please allow up to 5 days for your refund to be processed, we will notify you via email once the refund is finalised.

 what if used a discount code?

if a full price item was brought with a discount code it can still be returned, you will simply be refunded the full amount paid for the item at the time purchased. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment minus the original shipping cost.

can I exchange an item?

sorry we don't offer an exchange, however we do offer a refund or credit voucher on all full price orders! on your returns form you are able to indicate if you would like an refund or a credit voucher. 

what is my garment is faulty?

we are so sorry! salia jać aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard, we take quality control very seriously and check over all garments prior to shipping. however, if you have received a faulty item email us at customercare@saliajac.com and provide us with a brief description and upload a photo or two showing the defect/fault.

we believe in minimising wastage, where possible we will repair or replace faulty items, if this is not possible we will happily provide and refund on return.

what if I receive an incorrect item?

if you have received an item you did not order,  we apologise. please follow the return procedure and fill out the return form immediately after receiving your goods, so we can resolve this straight away for you.
